To ensure that there is no interruption in the monitoring of your projects and update notifications for your chosen WordPress and premium plugin, theme and block monitoring follow these steps:-
1) Login and then from the menu, click on the “Your Account” link,
2) Within “Your Account” page, click on the “Subscriptions” link,
3) Within the displayed subscriptions table click on the “Update” link
4) Then, enter your updated credit card details in the secure form

Emails
When a WordPress or premium plugin, theme or block within your project has changed, your notification email will show, for each changed product, all of the following:-
WordPress Plugin or Block
– the old and new version numbers
– a direct link to the product page on WordPress.org
– the latest changes parsed from the product changelog for the new version
WordPress Theme
– the old and new version numbers
– a direct link to the theme page on WordPress.org-
– a direct link to the theme readme.txt
( Most themes available on WordPress.org do not have a changelog section. The readme file may contain change details for the new version )
Premium Plugin, Theme or Block
– a direct link to the premium product changelog page
– the latest changes parsed from the product changelog for the new version
WordPress Plugin or Block

If you are not receiving a daily or weekly notification email, then please check the following:-
Check your spam folder
Your email provider may have mistakenly put the email in your spam or junk email folder. If you find your notification emails in one of these folders please add the email address below to your safe sender list.
Add notification address to Safe Sender list
Please add the following email address ‘[email protected]’ to the safe sender list or whitelist settings within your email client.
Check you entered the correct notification email address
To check that your project has the correct email address, follow these steps:-
1) Login and then from the menu, click on ‘Dashboard’
2) On the Dashboard page click on the ‘Manage Projects’ button
3) Select the project you wish to check and click on the ‘Edit’ button
4) Check the email address is correct
Check the project is active for monitoring
Changelog Alert will only send notification emails if the project is active.
To check that your project is active, follow these steps:-
1) Login and then from the menu, click on ‘Dashboard’
2) On the Dashboard page click on the ‘Manage Projects’ button
3) Select the project you wish to check and click on the ‘Edit’ button
4) Check the ‘Project Active for Monitoring’ dropdown is set to Yes
There may have been no updates for that project
By default Changelog Alert does not send a notification update for any project where no updates have been detected. To change the default setting and always receive a notification email, even if empty, follow these steps:-
1) Login and then from the menu, click on ‘Dashboard’
2) On the Dashboard page click on the ‘Manage Projects’ button
3) Select the project you wish to check and click on the ‘Edit’ button
4) Change the ‘Send Notification Email if Empty’ dropdown to Yes
